A couple of days ago the transmission on my X5 (3.0 2004 155.000 km) started shifting late; it had done this a couple of times in the days before, but this time the transmission warning light came on and the transmission went into limp mode. I stopped the car as soon as I could.
As soon as it warms up, it will not drive correctly. When warmed up, it will not move when shifting from P to D (no issues at all when cold). Rev it up and then thud, trans failsafe.
