This morning I too had a High Battery Drain warning. After 20 minutes of normal driving it went away after stopping and re-starting. I would go with the comfort access as my first choice if you have that option. BTW, the battery was replaced 4 years/30,000 miles ago at Classic BMW in Plano.

The first pre-LCI 335D's E60's had a few common problems with them but the latest should be close to bulletproof. Definitely try and get some sort of proper BMW / Dealer warranty as long as the price is not another $10K more than the equivalent car Privately etc. .
